Contributing member of an elite Team, responsible for overseeing all technical support requests made from 360+ schools and administrative offices, in six geographical districts across The Bronx. Provide Tier 1 and 2 end-user desktop support ranging from password reset to software installation and troubleshooting, printer configuration and connectivity support. Utilize MDM solutions as Google Workspace admin console, Microsoft Intune and JAMF for deployment and management of company devices and applications. Working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications, LAN technologies (VLANs, POE, etc.) Perform Network health checks reviewing functionality of all core network devices such as Firewall, switches, routers and wireless controllers. Provide bandwidth utilization report and recommendations. Experience installing & supporting networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points, POE switches, etc.) Manage all assigned work using ServiceNow & Cherwell ticketing systems, assigning tickets to the appropriate party, delegating team tasks and mitigating escalations, all while taking meticulous notes and keeping stakeholders abreast of status and next steps. Assist in the interview, selection and training/mentorship of Student IT Interns, as well as new hire onboarding/ training.

- Break/fix of School Technology, including but not limited to Windows-based Desktops and laptop computers, Apple iMac/ Macbooks, iPads, Printers & copiers.- Maintain school asset inventory.- Troubleshoot/ repair Interactive touch displays including Promethean and SMART branded boards. - Maintain school A/V, Sound & projection equipment.- Imaging / OS & Software installation.- Disposal of obsolete equipment .- Maintain school website.

Assist School's Technology Teacher with maintaining school Technology.
