• Prepare Lifting Plan for all Rig loads (sub structure & mast & rig floor equipment & camp & BOP & mud pump & mud system and etc.….).• Coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with the lifting plan.• Training the rig crew members for the lifting awareness, red zone management while lifting operation, rigging and slinging methods, train the crane operators.• Briefing all lifting team members (crane operator, riggers, signalman..…).• Ensure that the ground condition is safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile cranes.• Auditing for rigs and provides ideas for improvement.• Ensure all rigging tackles used for lifting are in good condition and color coded as per monthly color code.• Conduct toolbox talks to the riggers for the activity the have to perform.• Check the lifting plan or rigging plan to ensure that it is performed properly.• Calculate crane capacity in regard to the load to be lifted as well as slings to be used.• Performs monthly inspection of the rigging tools to insure the condition as well as the color code of the month.• Documentation of records such as third-party certificates of rigging tools, riggers and operators third party certificates.• Heavy equipment initial inspection and preparation for examination & ATO inspection by ROO.• Proposed and implemented improvements to reduce errors and rejected items.• Monitored performance and generated reports detailing quality of product and defect rates.• Pre lift inspection for Crane & Lifting Gears and Load Lifting Points.• Check all certification crane inspection and ATO & crane operator & lifting gears & lifting points & riggers and banksman.
