Planning the wine sale events & wine dinner for the club member, communicate with local major wine suppliers for our member with the best value in HK.Organising the whole club wine supply and managing over 700+ labels of wine. Including wine purchasing by oversea auction, En primeur.Leading the club wine selection as the most best valuable and diversity in HKProfessional training for the Food & Beverage team, food and wine paring suggestion for restaurants.Cigar program incharge for the club.Being knowledgeable about different types and regions of wines - Cultivating relationships with local & overseas distributions and vineyard owners - Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, organizing and selling wine for all departments - Oversee all wine purchases and cost management - Sourcing the wine from local & overseas suppliers, attempt the wine action for rare fine wine - Planning & Organizing the monthly wine tasting, dinner & fair - Organizing House Wine & Wine of Month Selection - Managing the inventory of about 11,000 bottles of wine with more than 650 labels at the club house- Leading a 4-people wine department & assistant all the outlet wine services support - Assist members and guests during the dinner service with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their dinner, decanting of the wine and wine service. - Designing the wine menu for all outlet restaurant - Cooperate with Executive Chef for food and wine paring - Develop a training program for all Team Members. Train Team Members throughout the Club in order to maximize their understanding of wine specific to their departments and proper service techniques including glassware, pour levels, storage, beverage pairings and the ability to understand guest preferences

Supervising the hostess and server team to assist the manager for daily operation. Responsibilities include providing training program, guest reservation and events management, complaints, menu translation and food & wine pairing. Organizing special events (wedding, media conference, wine tasting), promotion planning and Learning Coach for the whole restaurant since beginning of 2014.
