-Review CollegeAdvisor.com's service offerings at an introductory level over the phone through a high volume of outbound calls, including 80+ dials per day-Collaborate with the Sales Specialists Team to develop best practices for introductory calls and work with the Digital Marketing team to give feedback on quality of leads from various marketing channels- Manage leads through CRM platforms and provide frequent feedback to Operations team to improve key tools and systems

-Advised approximately 1600 students in grades nine through twelve to increase the number of students with post secondary plans including college, military and trade school as the first College Adviser at A.L Brown High School -Engage with students through 3,500 “one-to-one” and group interactions over a 1.5 year period by providing guidance on standardized tests, college and scholarship applications, financial aid, college enrollment steps and enrichment opportunities -Created and maintains the college-going culture by generating on-site visits to A.L Brown High School from 25 colleges and universities by admissions representatives in the Cafeteria

As a barista I perform several job duties and provide customer service such as taking orders, making coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications. Baristas at Starbucks must often clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas during a normal shift. I work to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages as well as complete assigned tasks from management every day.
