•Responsible for Line of business Sales with Business Portfolio of SAP Managed Services in India & Middle East Market.•Managing 20 plus Accounts Net worth of Rs.14Crore and carrying a Target of Rs.20Crore for FY 15-16.•Accountable for increase in revenue by identifying venues for up & cross selling of high revenue generating services VAR Delivery Support, increasing the usage of Man-hours.•Sole point of contact for C-level executives from assigned accounts for identifying critical issues and to streamline the process.•Responsible for lead generation, opportunity nurturing and pipeline generation to acquire the New Accounts.•Understanding client’s necessities, conferring with technical team and finalizing the solutions to pre sales team to make the proposal.

• Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.• Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.• Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.• Area Mapping, Prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.• Building and managing strong relationships with clients.• To ensure continuous interaction with the customer, making sure that pain areas can be worked upon for improved service levels.• Provide customer service in order to increase new product development introduction.• Handling client grievances, taking product feedback, escalating the feedbacks to the Product team, convincing them to customize products / features as per the needs of the client
