• Created a Mobile Integrated Healthcare department that coordinated Advanced-Practice Community Paramedics with Hospital Population Health, Rural Health Clinics, and Local Public Health that is projected to meet the non-traditional healthcare needs of over 100 patients annually.• Coordinated six hospital departments with a total of $25M in annual billed services staying within 1% of the annual budget.

• As program director, developed an accredited EMS education program graduating approximately ten EMTs, Paramedics, and Advanced-Practice Community Paramedics per year.
