• Responsible for complete development cycle from meeting client requirements, sub-supplier identification, SOP to support regular production. • Costing of new projects from budgeting of Tooling & Fixture to capacity enhancement.• Existing sub-supplier capacity evaluation and their development to increase their capacity, productivity & logistics improvement and decrease landing cost.• Strategy planning and implementation for current and future projects.• Working collaboratively across all departments to help improve the management of the business process (end to end).
