MEGA Ikea, Family Shopping Complex (shopping center with enclosed area of 160.000 m² and semi-open parking area of 110.000 m²).- Responsible mechanical design chief for all mechanical systems - Coordination of all mechanical systems with all other disciplines.- Responsible for implementing the design projects to the existing building and management of revisions in mechanical systems.- Preparation of operation sequences of all mechanical systems in BMS.- Complete coordination of mechanical systems and BMS.- Direct control over the selections and procurement of all mechanical equipment and their cost control.- Representing the company on the behalf of all mechanical works to the client.- Acquiring client’s approval for all mechanical projects and documentation.- Supervision of Variation Orders for mechanical systems prior to submission to the client.- Providing the technical solutions or the technical explanations for the snag-lists or the punch-lists received from the client.- Control of executed mechanical installations on site.

- Responsible for the overall design of mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, plumbing, fire-fighting, compressed air systems, fuel systems, natural gas systems and flue-gas systems.- Coordination of mechanical systems with other disciplines (architectural, structural and electrical).- Organizing coordination meetings with the client and with other disciplines.- Representing the company during the communication with the client.- Organizing the allocation of works among the technical team (mechanical engineers and mechanical draftsmen) and their supervision.- Preparation of full technical report and full BoQ with complete technical specifications for the whole project.- Supervision and control of all mechanical equipment selections and the main equipment list of the project.- Final control of the fully-prepared technical documentation prior to submission to the client.- Supervising the installation works of contractors on site with respect to prepared and approved mechanical projects (including reporting the inadequate installations both to contractor and to employer)
