I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies from Marmara University. Currently, I work as a Production Analyst at IQVIA, where I maintain a data engineering production pipeline through SSIS packages, running mainly on SQL, control jobs, and supporting the daily needs of an active production operation.Before joining IQVIA, I worked as a Business Analyst at Teknofix, where I designed or improved business and system processes, managed the implementation and testing phase, and delivered the end product to the customers. I also conducted ABX testing for the marketing campaign, integrated IYS systems, and built cargo operations processes for a new company branch. I have multiple certifications in digital marketing and analytics, and I am proficient in data analytics, data engineering, and Tableau. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborating with diverse teams, and learning new skills.
