•For 4 months, efforts and research were conducted to expand the customer pool necessary for emailmarketing.•For 4 months, Interviews were conducted for job positions we needed within the company. Necessaryskill tests for candidates were created and their results were evaluated.•Lastly, engaged in email marketing and also assist in facilitating coordination among team members.
