For more than two decades, I worked on network management systems in telecommunication domain, first in hands-on operation, then as an architect. In many big projects, such as vendor swaps, initial 3G and 4G installations, I had the chance to lead network management system integrations and played a key-role in coordinating network and IT teams. I kept finding myself in a mediator role between these two big domains. Lately, I am working as a project manager in IT Infrastructure Architecture team in Akbank, leading major infrastructure changes.
