2004 yılında İzgören Akademi tarafından Türkiye Uğur Böcekleri Projesi adı altındagönüllü bir sosyal sorumluluk programı olarak başlatılmıştır. Amacı dürüstlük, hoşgörü,yurt sevgisi, girişimcilik ve iş kalitesi değerlerini yaşatmak, seminerler aracılığıyla bilgiyiyaymak ve katılımcılarının projeleriyle ülkeye değer katmaktır. 2015 yılındadernekleşerek kurumsal bir kimlik kazanmıştır. Siyasi, dini ya da ticari amaç güdenhiçbir grup ya da oluşumla ilişkisi yoktur.

What is BESTThe structure of BEST is divided into three different levels: local, regional and international. Each one of the 95 Local BEST Groups (LBGs) represents the organisation locally in the University they belong. In order to have a more effective communication between LBGs and the international BEST, the 95 LBGs are divided into 11 regions which are coordinated by the Regional Advisers. Finally, there is the international team of BEST which consist of 10 different departments. The whole organisation operates under the International Board of BEST.
