• Developed the first Norwegian computer program for calculating expatriates’ salaries, allowances and taxes for most countries in the world. First users were Rolls Royce, DnB and Selvaag Bygg.• Participated in development of programs within international HR and Thinking Together by Professor William Isaacs. • Established and took part in the administration of Spanish courses for foreigners in Spain.• Co-responsible for establishing of the Norwegian Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
