- Contributor to leadership team- Prepares operations strategic plans and reviews in consultation with leadership; prepare and complete corresponding actions plans and projects, implement production, productivity, and customer-service standards; review and interpret metrics and implement changes in people and systems to improve metrics; identify trends and resolve problems- Develops, maintains, and updates system for company wide monitoring of metrics and client interfacing systems- Develops and manages administrative service delivery: both people and systems and tracks metrics to support meeting company goals and objectives.- Contributes to financial organizational strategies by providing financial and accounting information and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; analyzing organization operations; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.- Collaborates with CFO on budget planning and review/interpret forecasts- Maintains and oversees internal performance-based pay system; develops and maintains system for company-wide data gathering and pushing to individual dashboards.
