My background and passion is mathematics. My undergraduate degree and first career were in actuarial science. In December 2023, I finished a M.S. in Applied Math. In my graduate studies, I dove into data science foundations and gained experience with statistical programming. For the past seven years, I have been the Operations Manager for Psyched Services. Psyched Services is a team of dedicated professionals who partners with families and schools to help children learn so they can do. As the first employee of Psyched Services, I have contributed to every stage of growth in this fast-paced service business. Through direct experience, I understand the importance of:- clear processes and expectations, - identification, implementation, and analysis of KPIs - and the overall adaptability and collaboration necessary for a growing business to be successful.The combination of my education and business background has empowered me to champion the importance of making data driven business decisions, and that's what I aim to do in all of my work.Always learning, I am currently taking continuing education courses in people and project management and data science.
