I have enjoyed my years of educating elementary, preschool, middle school and high school level students with special needs. In the past I have provided staff training for 50 staff members in writing curriculum. I also have an extensive background in writing and implementing 30 individualized federally mandated reports for students per year including corresponding progress reports for each student. I have also offered my IEP writing services to my district when teacher shortages were high. My knowledge of research-based curriculum and products used to improve students’ reading abilities is extensive. In my years of teaching I have used a variety of educational products to improve students' successes in their classrooms. Training in culturally responsive teaching.
