As an information science graduate, I began my career in a library's management before transitioning into an office management role within the metal industry. However, my true passion is in food. I wanted to try my hand in entrepreneurship, so I co-founded a business where we developed and marketed four unique vegan spreads. This experience allowed me to gain hands-on expertise in every aspect of the business, from branding to product creation and selling them to retail chains.Driven by a desire for a more stable yet still food-centric role, I transitioned to my current position at Sanitex, where I contribute to the PROMO Food Service department. In this role, I bring my entrepreneurial spirit to the corporate world. Much like a small business owner, I manage product assortment and strive to find optimal solutions for our valued clients in the dynamic food sector.
