* Develop and manage a portfolio of existing MICE Agents including Preferred Partnerships, applying total account management and focused strategies and activities for account development, to deliver new business from their client base* Deliver marketing activities to promote Brand identity, portfolio knowledge, increase market share and opportunities * Drive revenue growth and market share of managed accounts, through a consultative selling * approach, developing strong relationships at all levels and departments to maximizing revenue opportunities* Research, identify and establish relationships with new agents for increased business opportunities * Deliver regular communication with clients to deliver key messages and support the hotels as/when required* Delight client and agent educational trips, to enhance relationship, increase portfolio awareness and increase opportunities* Create and manage joint activities for development of mutually beneficial accounts and support hotel needs* Deliver high quality Sales Blitzes with key hotels to visit managed accounts* Work with the GSO support team to assist with enquiry management, aid conversion and research new business for future potential* Sharing of commercial, activity and news communications to all stakeholders in the business from VP down, at all times* Participate in industry networking events, maximising membership within industry Associations* Stay on top of industry trends, news, competitor activities and update the team accordingly
