Responsibilities.● Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor and other project managers based on project requisites.● Providing Project Managers and Clients with timely Financial Reports and Budgets.● Set up New Customers, Projects, make transfer of employee billable hours and expenses in Oracle.● Reviewing Budgets and Funding.● Issuing Invoices to Clients and Coordinate Consultant Payments (Milestone Invoices, Man hours Invoices and Travel Invoices).● Ensure Consistent Billing and Financial Reporting at Project levels by following best practices.● Preparation of Man hours and Cost detail reports● Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing and sending invoices in a timely manner.● Reconciliation and Prepare AR receipt Journal● Month-end Activities (Update estimates at complete and sales invoices send to tax department)

Expertise in following branches of business:- UK Finance- Project Accounting- Cash ApplicationResponsibilities include:-• Cost centres request creation, reactivation and deactivation• Cost Transfer, Cost Centre change & Cost Re-calculations• Manually Creating and End dating the employees into Oracle system• Responsible for all the month-end activity• Uploading Exchange rate file monthly and running streamline and posting the journals• Setting up of projects in Oracle (PCF) for T& M, Fixed and Deliverable projects• Generating invoices as per contract• Revenue funding and budget to the project• Apply invoices against cash remittances received. Data analysis and communication• Co-ordination with teams such as cash, Accounts Payable, Internal teams as well in US, Canada and so on.
