The CRM system and IVR telephony system were upgraded. They then amalgamated 7 source information systems into one system (Data Quality Platform Project) which was then represented in the front end by Lagan. The main project is Employee Portal whereby their staff will be able to access all information in one place rather than multiple locations. This includes the following projects; K2 BPM; upgrading the HR workflow, implementing Employee Portal in Sharepoint 2010, upgrading their scanning abilities (MultiFunctionDevice project), upgrading their knowledge management systems (Transveral project) and creating a new SAP reporting system. Working for Sogeti on the HMRC Project.  Lead a team of 5 consultants (with their own teams) Review scripts using Mercury Quality Centre and provide feedback.  Create a regression test pack and ascertain which scripts were crucial to be within the pack.

Working for Conchango on the River Island project, my role was to analyse the Functional specifications and the wireframes for the business changes and to provide feedback to the designers and Business Analysts. This role was within an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Undertake the development of test scripts from specifications.  Liaise with onsite developers and client and provide suitable feedback. Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and schedules and build and implement the detailed test plans for each required phase then communicate the test project status.

My main tasks were to acquire the Business, Functional and Technical requirements by analysing the specifications of large complex changes to the existing and forthcoming systems. Responsibilities: Accountable for 20-30 test analysts at any one time. Provide management and guidance to test team members.  Ensuring the full testing life cycle from System Test through to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is adhered to. Undertake and oversee the development of test scripts from specifications for all software developments.  Liaise with developers, client and third parties in a professional manner at all times. Negotiating at a Senior Management Level both for the team and for the project. Producing standardised written documentation. Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and schedules and build and implement the detailed test plans for each required phase then communicate the test project status. Undertake and oversee the development of test scripts from specifications for all software developments  Experience of managing third parties expectations. Co-ordinate all test management activities within the IT directorate and be responsible for delivering the test cycle on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives. Organise and manage test resources with the ability to recruit/engage resources from appropriate suppliers.In summary my tasks included:  Formally review the Functional and Technical specifications delivered to support large scale changes to the London Congestion Charging system and provide feedback. Attend design workshops providing input as to how the current system operates and illustrate how the proposed changes impact the production sub-systems. Create and assign tasks for test scripting; sanity, functional and regression. Ensure tasks are distributed evenly amongst the team. Ensure the permanent members of the team are fully trained to and adhere to the ISEB standard.
