Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for Management and the Group for decision making. Ensure budget preparation and monitoring and report variances. Prepare, analyze financial statements and highlight low performing areas for corrective actions. Responsible of project management, and coordinate audit, and tax review activities and the preparation of quarterly Board reports and ensure raised exceptions are corrected. Also coordinate financial performance review sessions and ensure that initiated actions are implemented to improve financial performance.

To continuously analyze and provide key information on business Financial Performance and positioning to Management and Business Team through Dashboard and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Ensure Budget Preparation and Monitoring and facilitate robust performance review sessions. Also responsible of evaluation and improvement of processes and employees’ performance, and ensure rewards, consequences and actions.
