RESPONSIBILITIES:Admin & Facility Management:- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Preparing quarterly commission report for Implementing ERP software by the resources for the branch office. Coordinating with vendors for facility & infrastructure maintenance. Creating Installation request (IR) & generating License code for the new customers. Responsible to coordinate with the Sales and Implementation team and update the weekly status for all the branch resources. Maintain the office files for Audit Purpose - Electricity & maintenance bills, CUG, Landline, internet bills, Office rent, revenue slips, AMC invoice, Trade License, Travel requisition. Handling and maintain the office attendance register and update the report in company portal on daily basis. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc). Maintaining ledger books of Customers & performing daily entry of accounting. Preparing Credit Note, Debit Note, Journals in Focus ERP software. Creating sales order entry, sales invoices, AMC invoice, GST purchases in ERP software customized by Focus group. Taking care of customer payment on time after invoice verification. Create and update records and to maintain database with personnel, financial and other data. Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned. Managing monthly office expenses.HR Activities:- SPOC to coordinate with HRD (HO) to issue offer letter for new joinees to Kolkata branch. SPOC for on boarding new joinees, coordinate with HO to arrange for training session for new joinees. Handling Exit formalities of the branch resources and send the report to HO. Making AMC proposals and generate invoice for the customers. Monitoring & following up with all the branch resources for Timesheet fulfilment, leave applications, Comp-off, WFH, on field work etc

RESPONSIBILITIES: Hands on experience in End to End IT Recruitment and to ensure to close the target within given TAT. Good expertise in Sourcing / Screening the profiles according to the job specifications, also have Social media recruitment experience. Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site. Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Searching CVs from Job Portals for recruiting candidates. Data entry of candidates in company portals for scheduling their interview. Coordinating with prospective candidates and to ensure to close the recruitment on stipulated time.
