Analyze, inspect the execution of works as per the projectspecifications Attend all inspections at site and record-keeping of RFI’s alsoother compulsory documents Verify and evaluate work, material deficiencies, and non-conformance prior to raising NCR Monitor all quality and Material storage-related activities on the project Participate in meetings to resolve technical and quality issues Performs standard laboratory testing for samples of soil,aggregate base, asphalt, and concrete Grading observation, soil compaction testing, and observation of aggregate base course Obtains samples of soil, aggregate base, asphalt, and cementconcrete Analysis of test date and corrective action to prevent non-conforming products. Documentation and data control. Plansand manages the laboratory and its staff Follow the standard like ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI Initiate MIR for material inspection also pipe inspection Perform all necessary tests and keep the records for handingover Perform FDT for Sub Grade, Subbase, and Aggregate BaseCourse (ABC) according to project specifications Perform asphalt test (GMM, GMB and make Mold according toMarshall Method)

 Site management for construction of 300 villas compound including landscaping, road works, utilities like culverts, sewer line, water supply, data control lines and recreation centers like shopping malls, play grounds and cinema halls. Executing the job for beautification as per urban plan and IFC drawings. Site management for construction of control and facilities stations including cost in situ and precast concrete structures at Sharjah Region. Managing parts of construction projects in sub groups. Preparing site reports and filling in other paper work. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.

 Provide assistance to the Project Engineer/Site Engineer. Responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating the inspection team. Conduct weekly meetings with inspectors and Project Engineer. Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain records. Ensuring that responses are complete and in compliance with the contract documents.  Where problems are found, work with Project Engineer to resolve. Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans. Assist to identify, respond to or evaluate technical issues to maintain the schedule. Prepare and review engineering studies by applying accepted principles, codes and standards.
