CurrentKey Responsibility Area:TECHNICAL CONSULTATION & SOLUTION DESIGNServing as the primary contact for technical inquiries, delivering custom 2D and 3D solutions for client interior projects, and ensuring clarity through detailed models and drawings.QUOTATION & COSTING PREPARATIONGenerating and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to produce accurate client quotations, in tandem with Business Development Head(s) & R&D Department.CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & NEW PROJECT DEVELOPMENTEngaging with clients directly to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into actionable project plans in coordination with the business development team.BRANDING & MARKETING SUPPORTEnhancing brand presence by helping develop marketing materials, including brochures, visiting cards, and posters, to support business development and product awareness.FACTORY SUPERVISION & QUALITY ASSURANCEPeriodically auditing factory production processes to ensure alignment with design specifications, and conducting quality checks to maintain product standards before delivery.PRODUCT MASTERY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTProviding feedback on product development and performance to foster innovation within IQUBX’s modular systems and explore new solutions to emerging market needs.CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATIONCollaborating closely with sales, technical, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, project budgets, and functional specifications.
