* Planning and optimisation of full beer production (at a supply region level) – capacity horizon (22 weeks) as well as short term (13 weeks) to;* Maintain and improve working capital targets of full beer and work in progress* Minimise overtime, idle time cost in manufacturing* Reduce shift costs * Identify and reduce system waste* Support the improvement plant efficiencies through continuous review of batch, change over and scheduling strategies* Monitor brewery performances and align plans accordingly * Maintain and improve customer service levels,* Adhere to beer age rules (Quality)* Perform production planning activities with a clear understanding and appreciation of system costs (Stock, Distribution & Empties)
