1. I handle recruitment of new staff member.2. I supervise preparing employee personal file. 3. I supervise administrative and its related documents4. Disciplinary action handling. 5. I arrange different meeting, seminars, workshops related to HR&Admin function. 6. I handle the heath, safety, security and environment issues of the organization. 7. Look after the complicated labour issues in the line with labour Law 2006 and govt regulation as well. 8. Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the Satisfaction potential buyers 9. Look after various employee welfare issues. 10. Coordinate when buyer representatives and auditors visit the factory.
