• Conduct and coordinate the monthly induction program for new faculty and management personnel.• Review existing induction and training programs, regularly monitor the effectiveness of various programs and develop new policies in the area of training and development.• Monitor the induction program process and ensure that all the training modules are delivered effectively.• Ensure effective implementation of induction policy and procedures for the organization.• Coordinate job orientation program for new & transferred employees.• Get involved in implementation of new training policies.• Coordinate and organize in-house as well as external trainings as needed.• Do content development for various in-house training programs.• Coordinate annual induction for Mir Telecom Limited.• Assist in measuring and ensuring the effectiveness of training modules.• Work on reports and documentations regarding training programs for Mir Telecom Limited.• Coordinate with Xcel regarding the English language and teacher`s trainings.• Compile necessary reports for the monthly HR report.• Prepare Training reports and development chart.• Conducts need analysis for different level of job.• Help in organizational development process.• Ensure proper learning and development of all employees.• Organize workshops and seminars for top management.• Process improvements.• Leave administration.• Insurance settlement.• Issuing employee access/ ID cards.• Help in preparing different HR and admin policies.• Pool vehicles arrangement.
