• Support and assist Head of Operation and his team to achieve operations objectives and effectively manage the branch man force. • Coordinate closely with Head Of Operation, patrolling supervisor, Camp coordinator to ensure that daily operations function is carried out in a smooth and efficient manner. • Coordinate closely with the Clients to ensure that daily operations function is carried out in a smooth and efficient manner.• Carry our HSE-related responsibilities • Coordinate with HR, the following requirements on a routine basis: leave application, request for the handover of passport, salary increments, schedule of examination for training and promotion.• Coordinate with Payroll, the following requirements on a routine basis for processing employee salary• Update the Man Force Master List with Accommodation Coordinator /HR on a daily basis• Preparing the Invoices and the calculations for the clients on a monthly basis.• Updating the contract details in the ERP system ( Ramco )

• As per the Operations Master list need to arrange rosters.• Contractual numbers & Hours should match with sales.• Need to check Temporary services and update with sales & operations.• New contracts should be authorize in Saturn.• Need to check all shift patterns in Saturn.• Need to Schedule all the rosters accordingly.• Need to terminate if any discontinue contracts.• Rosters should be punch in weekly basis.• Roster verification should make every week.• Variation meeting should be contact with operations team, sales team & invoicing team twice in monthly.• As per the meeting if any variation should be corrected in Saturn & Sales.• Roster copies & Unit register copies should be provide to the invoice team as per the Customer request.• Updating salary disputes.• Answering calls related salary issues.• Always need to coordinate with operations team, invoice, Sales & Payroll.
