Handling Customers :PVH (CK,Tommy Hilfiger)Centric(Izod,VH),UNIQLO, GAP(Old Navy,BR,Gap),Amazon,VS,YD Australia, Connor,Carhartt,American Eagle,Previous Customers:M&S,H&M,Walmart,Responsible 1,Analyzing the buyer PDM / directives & raise technical, quality, construction and measurement related queries / callouts to customer and take approval from them. 2,Conducting risk analyses and hand over meeting with our production team, quality and technical team before making the samples (in order to deliver production feasible sample). 3, Every style making test piece and check over dummy ,If fitting is not align over dummy than pattern correction comments give to pattern maker. 4,Conducts every day morning sample meeting with respective operators + pattern maker + supervisors & download the knowledge/ best practices to deliver quality product- style wise. 5,Fabric shrinkage prepared as per the buyer required wash / fabric. 6, Before size set making size spec grading check if it is not align then callout to customer . Monitoring closely & counterchecking the progress of the sample at regular intervals on each & every stage of sampling ( whether samples are getting made as per the customer requirement / morning meeting knowledge transferred to the team) 7,Before wash are checked in terms of construction/ measurement / quality before sending to washing with wash standard. 8,After wash sample check against the wash standard, required quality, measurement and fitting with dummy. 9,Alerting callouts recap through email to buyer before sending the samples. 10, Suggesting buyer production friendly construction & providing mockups to buyer. 11, Making risk assessment report align with final sample also making corrective action plan(CAP) 12,Technical thread chart making and thread order base on the thread chart. 13, Regular communication with customer, 14,PPT making and submit to customer.15,Regular communication with customer.
