I started my career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee with BT and our customer was Unilever. After working under the project fro 3 years (approx.), I moved to a new customer, Zurich Insurance Group as a Technical Support Engineer L1. After working as a TES L1 for 1.5 years I got promoted to Incident Management Professional and have been working as one for almost an year now. Over approx. 5 years of my career I have gained a lot of knowledge about networking and eventually went on to get myself CCNA certified which I cleared in 2018. After joining Zurich I felt the need of switching to a management based role because during my tenure with Zurich Insurance Group as a TES L1 I had realised that customer communication and relationship building is one of the things that I cherish and have most interest in. Thus, I moved into Incident Mangement Professional and have ever since been dealing with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
