I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 7 years of operation and maintenance management expertise in the FMCG business. Throughout my career, I had the honor of directing the mechanical maintenance crew. I was in charge of managing periodic and shutdown maintenance activities across the shop floor to ensure maximum equipment efficiency. Another important feature of my job was creating and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both the mechanical maintenance and operations divisions.I am proud of my ability to successfully manage spare parts use, approve rejections, and reduce waste. In addition to my duties in operations and maintenance management, I was in charge of weekly monitoring of 5S implementation on the shop floor.
