Duties/Responsibilities: • Deploy PC, server, and network hardware per approved system configurations and provide PC system troubleshooting and support for end users.• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.• CC camera installation and troubleshooting.• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.• Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.• Install, Configure, and maintain Windows systems and system software, backup and recovery, system monitoring, disaster recovery, capacity, and tool support. Additional responsibilities include Database Administration and Network Security.• Deployment of the system and evaluating system performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of the environment; defining policies and procedures.• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.• Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.• Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.• Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.

Duties/Responsibilities: • Install, Configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems and system software, backup and recovery, system monitoring, disaster recovery, security, audit, capacity, and tool support. Additional responsibilities include Database Administration and Network Security.• Deploy PC, server (Physical and Virtual/Cloud), and network hardware per approved system configurations and provide PC system troubleshooting and support for end users.• Run SQL queries for both commercial and open-source database solutions with Bash shell scripting.• Installation of Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting.
