The assessment by itself comes with a detailed report and can be useful as a personal reflection. A specific coaching encounter on the subject is also helpful as you dive deep into a more nuanced exploration of the content of your report and assessment.STAGES Assessments are available to any individual and are often used along with leadership development coaching for executives, managers, and other professionals.

I coach individuals to accept who they are and step into greater capacities. I work with executive leaders and others who benefit from someone holding space and accompanying them through self discovery and integration.StAGES is a model that describes and explores developmental stages of evolving self identity and patterns of consciousness in an individual as they grow and mature over the course of their lifetime.As a Certified StAGES debriefer, I am trained to deeply understand this evolution in individuals, and to facilitate an exploration of what it means in someone's life, how it might be of value to them, and how it can be used to further awakening, healing, and integration in personal and professional contexts.

Catastrophic Injury Litigation and Process Support:I am familiar with personal injury and the following years of litigation and negotiation. On a sunny November afternoon in 2002, the vehicle that I was driving careened off the highway, rolled over, and came to rest in an otherwise peaceful and pleasant roadside field in the beautiful Arizona countryside. Two of my dear friends lost their lives on that day, and I was left a quadriplegic, my life forever changed. The next four years were spent negotiating the dramatic changes in my physical condition, life and living situations, occupational pursuits, and relational dynamics with friends, families, and service providers. Questions of manufacturing integrity, testing, and product liability required that I additionally attend to the tremendous complexity of the United States Personal Injury Liability legal framework. In the context of this system, I was fortunate to have on my legal team a dear and kind friend who could help me to navigate the emotional, psychological, relational, and systemic dynamics of my situation. Nonetheless, it was indeed a struggle that added substantial weight to my already unsteady position. I have lived through the process of injury, litigation, negotiation, eventual settlement, and management of that new condition. From those rocky beginnings I continue to live a rich and fulfilling life. By observing the process as it unfolded, reflecting on the nature of the human systems involved, and considering those conditions in the context of life since, I have developed an understanding about how to support those who themselves are wrestling with the process. Whether you are an injured party, the family or friends to one, the prosecution legal team, or even the defense legal team or in fact defense party, I have an invaluable perspective that can facilitate a more sophisticated, more graceful, and with luck, more harmonious journey through your process.

Co-led and facilitated a diverse group of high-level individuals, educators, scientists, doctors, entrepreneurs, coaches, and directors of organizations, to refine and cohere the many distinct visionary possibilities into an action oriented initiative with profound growth potential in the field.Conducted interviews with partners and team members, collaborated on the executive committee which eventually became the board to establish working procedures and clarify direction and intent. Organized the nascent community through the sharing of interviews to better understand “what was in the room,” and facilitated dialogue to refine intent.Undertook an audacious initiative to organize 25 to 30 high-level and busy professionals into a complex organismic ecosystem of generativity. Two crucial miscalculations, one with a funding partner, and one with another founding board member, led to the failure of this particular discrete effort, but also allow the organization to refine its intent and capacity into a clear and actionable core.The organization persists today and I participate as a consulting partner, member of the Project Apollo initiative, and friend of the board.

I co-founded this community group oriented around human development. Hosted regular weekly meetings, and participated in a collective development of group identity, direction, structure, process, and social benefit. I continue to participate and collaborate in ongoing gatherings.

Held in awareness, the overall feel of the project, and its connections with the past, present, and the future.

Collaborated with faculty and participants in consciousness development and self-awareness cohort programs. Contributed images and text to newsletters.

Select graduates apply to participate fully as a cohort participant / peer mentor, and faculty collaborator. In this dual facilitator / participant role I contributed to individual and cohort learning and growth at a high level. I gained great humility from the leadership experience.Met with senior faculty to shape cohort structure and support the group. Collaborated with Co-Alumni Mentor Heather Johnson to re-invent and shape the role in response to the group needs.This was a volunteer position with substantial non-monetary rewards, working in the context of the Generating Transformative Change program.
