Possesses an eye for detail with strong design and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of web design issuesMajor Duties/Responsibilities: #Maintains consistent brand standards across online channels, including internal web site(s), emails, social media, and third party advertisements#Collaborates with Campaign Managers, Global Marketing Communications Manager and other global mar-com staff on strategy of online elements for campaigns as well as individual online deliverable.#Designs and creates conversion-focused landing pages, emails and other campaign elements#Maintains, modifies and creates email and landing page templates for many corporate users#Collaborates and communicates with corporate marketing to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives and provide marketing leadership#Applies best practices of conversion optimization, information architecture and web usability to web sites(s) and campaign elements#Makes CMS-based design and content updates consistent with brand standards and conversion targets#Ensures cross-browser compatibility#Manages and provides creative direction to graphic design and production staff#Manages external agencies including but not limited to web design and graphic design resources
