I'm a Senior at The University of The South, majoring in the Ecology and Biodiversity track of Biology and minoring in the Environment and Sustainability track of Business Studies. An integration in the fields of business, politics and ecology is my main focus of study. At the University of the South, I work as Student Research Assistant, and Research Technician for the Biology Department and the Office of Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability. My past research has focused around Bioacoustics, Biomechanics, Ornithology, Political Ecology, Landscape ecology, Marine Biology, Herpetology (mostly salamanders), Large scale surveys, and conservation science! I am also a part of the Carey Fellows Business Honors Program, an academic honors program for business minors at the university. Furthermore, I serve as a Wildland Firefighter, Wilderness First Responder, Chainsaw Operator, and member of the Global Arcadians.
