• Daily Implementation of WASH activities in close coordination with the WASH PM and in direct collaboration with the WASH Supervisors• Organisations of, schedules and coordinates the WASH activities and the team’s work on a weekly basis.• Monitors the implementation of activities at field level with regular site visits.• Supervises the work schedule of the team leaders and provides the needed supports.• Ensure the timely implementation of the project(s).• Monitors the results achievements and indicators as indicated in the logical framework.• Development of monitoring and evaluation tools related to WaSH projects and updates TdH project monitoring tools (PMT) on a weekly basis.• Shares about the work progress with the WaSH PM when needed.• Contribution to propose adjustments of the strategy regarding project activities if needed.• Ensures proper coordination and communication with the different stakeholders in WaSH• Work closely with the M/E team to ensure that all project(s) documents are correctly filled and filed.• Conducts needs assessments in collaboration with the WaSH PM to develop other projects.• Works on concept notes and proposals writing in collaboration with the WaSH PM.• In coordination with HR team launch and bring to fruition the recruitment of the operational team under my responsibility.• Contributes to ensure the administrative HR management of the team (daily attendance, leaves management) in collaboration with the HR department.• Ensures that WaSH team complies with TdH’s internal rules (disciplinary management when needed).

• Coordinating Shelter and NFIs activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets, and plans• Providing technical assistant to the Shelter/NFIs and WaSH Program Development Managers to enhance project implementation.• Assisting the Program Development Manager in all aspects of NFI programs planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation• Assisting in the identification of community and NFIs needs• Developing technical specifications and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction/repair• Assisting in site planning and design• Assessing the construction training needs of the community and assists in the development of appropriate training materials and plans• Train and supervises the activities of community-based technicians and masons• Providing technical assistance to the Shelter/NFIs and WaSH Program Development Manager and local counterparts on issues of NFI information and communication strategies• Assisting in the compilation of weekly and monthly reports, program documents, project proposals, and budgets.• Investigate and facilitate the introduction of new technology, methods, and approaches in order to improve the quality of the activities• Ensuring that procurement, development, and distribution of materials and equipment are timely and according to procedures• Break down the annual operational plans into weekly, monthly and quarterly implementation plans• Involve and inform communities and community leaders about the activities• Ensure adherence to NRC policies and donor requirements

• Design overall schemes, such as sewer improvement schemes or flood defence programmes, and associated structures, such as pumping stations, pipework and earthworks (the scale of the design may range from an initial outline to a full, detailed design)• Prepare tender documents as a basis for the construction• Review technical submissions• Liaise with various bodies and individuals, including local authorities, government agencies, clients, contractors, residents, suppliers, technical experts and other consultants• Work collaboratively with other businesses• support other project managers and directors within the business and across the wider market• Keep up to date with environmental matters, and be aware of policy and developments in this area• Present technical data or project results to both technical and non-technical clients and colleagues• Monitor the progress of projects from beginning to end - from the feasibility stage, to design through to construction and handover - or supervise one section of a large project• Control budgets at the project level• Administer contracts and ensure that work is completed to deadline• Supervise the operation and maintenance of water and sewerage infrastructure• Use computer simulations to analyse, for example, potential dam failure• Devise flood defence strategies, perhaps including river and flood plain modelling, economic studies and consultation with affected people• Monitor flood levels at times of high risk• Manage staff, including other engineers, technicians and site workers• Maintain and expand the portfolio of clients, by developing professional relationships that lead to secure repeat business
