PROJECTS:➔ Customer Sevices ChatBot (Jane):Developed an automated Chatbot that serves as the first point of contact forcustomers as it was integrated into all the company's social media platformswhich in turn increased the CSR efficiency by 70%, and increased customerturnaround time by 90% as the bot was responsible for taking pickup orders.➔ Customer Service Automation Bot (UI Path & Automation Anywhere):Created a Bot Agent that assisted CSR agents in automatically filling in customerdetails, updating details, and searching the database for resources with a clickof a button as compared to them interfacing between 3 differentsoftware/applications thereby increasing efficiency & allowing CSR agents tofocus more on the calls & on the customer.➔ Riders (Bike) Tracking System (Google Form & Sheet- App script):Created a bike tracking system for the Operation department to help keep trackof when bikes are logged in & out and also calculate how many hours werespent out.➔ Intranet Repository (WordPress):Developed the company Intranet which served as a resource repository hub forstaff which captures all departments, training materials and videos, chatroom,announcement, and socials.➔ Networking & Testing Environments (Virtual Box & AWS) :Successfully configured & combined two Internet Service Providers (ISP) withauto-balancing & auto-failover which increased the speed of the network andalso reduce the Overall Network Downtime. Also Created and configured Virtual& Test Environments/Servers for Quality Assurance departments to help themtest their custom dashboards and apps used for data analysis.
