I am passionate about empowering youth and supporting communities through nonviolence and social justice. As a Case Worker at Nonviolence Institute, I work with young people who are at risk of or have been involved in violence, and provide them with counseling, mentoring, and referrals to various services and resources. I also collaborate with other case workers, community partners, and law enforcement agencies to prevent and reduce violence in the city. I have a HDI Support Center Analyst credential, which demonstrates my ability to deliver high-quality customer service and technical support. I also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, which I use to build rapport and trust with my clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge in different fields, and I value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration in my work.
