Monitoring helpdesk daily operation at Indosat Sales Area Palu. Reviewing Helpdesk operation on regular basis to improve its service quality towards Indosat Sales Area Palu employees. In more details described as below:1. Creating weekly report to analyze helpdesk performance based on tickets they log on Remedy ticketing system.2. Analyzing incidents received by helpdesk to see recurring incidents, what causing them and develop strategy.3. Regularly review helpdesk performance based on agreed Key Performance Indicators and give them feedback so they know what to improve and perform better in the future.4. Regularly asking feedback from helpdesk members to see if they have concerns that might slips from my attention so we can create a better work environment.Additional tasks:1. Handling IT problems2.
