I am currently utilizing the Agile methodology with implementing COTS and custom CRM technology for the federal government. I am responsible for building client relationships, giving demo presentations, conducting requirements gathering and design sessions, creating mock-ups for developers, conducting software configurations, testing, training, and providing post go-live support.
