* Responsible for servicing multi-chain Grocery Partners that serve Peet's coffee at their in-store cafes and bakeries. Includes assisting with new item set-ups on the customer's end; order entry and order management in ERP; creating order schedules for accounts with more than 20 locations; assisting with delivery issues, credits and accounting concerns; assisting customers with the execution of seasonal programs; maintaining customer information and interaction in CRM; communicating product and service feedback to appropriate parties* Acts as a floating back-up with a deep understanding of all other customers and duties within the Wholesale Support group, including inventory and backorder management, pricing and back-end set-up of new items in ERP, EDI orders, distributors, Office Coffee accounts, big box chains, other high-profile multi-unit customers that fall outside of assigned account load* Trains new Wholesale Support team members on everything from the basics of ERP system to the complicated customer needs of their specific account loads* Works closely with Production, Fulfillment, Shipping, Purchasing, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams* Partners with internal operations managers and sales managers to provide sales reports, samples, pricing and cost information, order and transit time information* Set-up and on-boarding of new Wholesale accounts
