As Interra Global’s Operations Specialist, I worked closely with our sales, logistics, inventory, and leadership teams to create innovative solutions to meet our customers needs. I owned the customer order lifecycle which included processing incoming orders; arranging shipping and coordinating fulfillment with freight carriers and warehouses; processing invoices; tracking shipments & addressing customer inquiries; and collecting, processing, and maintaining pertinent documents.I also assisted with a variety of cross-functional tasks and projects throughout the company including assisting with ad-hoc reporting, insight analysis, data integrity, operational improvement projects, and new hire onboarding.
