I developed and launched this entrepreneurial endeavor to provide real estate operations management, real estate services facilitating all administrative components of property sales and leases (residential & commercial) and real estate marketing. This allows agents to solely focus on property showings, client engagement, lead generation and networking thus increasing their sales.Additionally I diversified the organization through thorough market analysis driving ROI by developing strategic relationships with property developers and investors as well as driving posted reviews for clients and click-through-rates resulting in annual increase in customer transactions of 15-25%.On the marketing a few of the services I offer is authorizing content for social media, digital, and print advertising, create and manage digital and print marketing campaigns and create digital and print presentations for agents, teams and partners. By implementing my marketing strategies and campaigns agents have seen a minimum of 18% increase in business.

I managed up to 60 transactions monthly for Compass in Southern California. I helped to create and implement service standards and tiered services for the TC Department. I had the opportunity to worked with various teams on compliance and educated agents about disclosures, best practices and Compass’ requirements. I created new systems for efficiency in Transaction Coordination Services and fostered streamlined communication with agents.

We launched and developed a collaborative business endeavor promoting awareness and raising funds for non-profits in the Bay Area with an emphasis on raising awareness for Human TraffickingWe led event planning for a sold out benefit concert raising awareness of human trafficking including all coordination of a silent auction, raffle, obtaining donations from area businesses, bringing in bands, and event promotion.

I built book of business from the ground up for US Bank Home Mortgage location in the Bay Area achieving top recognition for mortgage loan growth, closings, and sales.I created and launched marketing campaigns and utilized referrals to generate leads for possible mortgage business including participation in community events, networking, and facilitating marketing campaignsThroughout my tenure I achieved top 5% in the nation out of approximately 1,000 mortgage bankers for number of mortgage applications brought into the organization.I developed content and presented at Department of Real Estate seminars to keep real estate agents apprised of regulation and market updates including crowds of up to 400 attendees. I also authored presentation content and led seminars on mortgage topics for buyers, sellers, investors and landlords.During my time at the bank I created content and led training for staff at 20+ branches regarding mortgage products and real estate trends. When I chose to leave in 2011 I closed career with $40 million in pipeline.
