I started out my career in the retail industry while I was still attending college at Ohio University. Having worked in stores and as a member of store management I became passionate about being an active voice of the employees. I worked at Lane Bryant Corporate Headquarters focusing on Associate Engagement and training of field employees. My career path then took me to the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Interior Supply, focusing primarily on benefits administration and recruiting.
