Providing clients with a fitness experience that lays a foundation to carry them through a lifetime requires a lifetime of experience. It is not a certification that makes a successful trainer (though it is prerequisite). It is the accumulation of experiences, the continued pursuit of knowledge, and the ability to translate that to client needs and goals. That translation requires the ability to motivate clients to become committed to health and fitness for a lifetime.
