Responsible for sales performance of assigned accounts, providing insights regarding market trends, competitors as well as potential and existing customers and their current campaigns. Primary responsibilities:● Identify new market opportunities● Perform extensive market research● Determine brand perceptions and reputations● Evaluate market penetration● Analyze marketing metrics to identify the effect of business relationships● Identify positive financial outcomes to increase profitability● Create databases and capture market data● Analyze competitors and their strategy● Assess client's promotional needs● Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels and marketing outlets● Develop sales strategies in cooperation with marketing department● Meet with clients to ascertain marketing goals● Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts● Offer insights about product potentials● Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies

Principal Responsibilities :- Ensure that all stop sales, special offers, contracts and product descriptions are uploaded in accordance with the daily minimum allocation to ensure that personal KPI’s are met.Ensure that hotel contracts, rates, stop sales and offers are loaded on to the company system in a timely fashion and with a high level of accuracy.Effectively prioritise workload in order to ensure that products, contracts and rates are entered on to the system in accordance with the business needs.Communication skills:-Liaise with colleagues within the Commercial, IT, XML and Customer Support departments in order to troubleshoot and resolve any contract and/or loading issues.Team skills:-Work collaboratively with colleagues in the commercial department to ensure that workload is completed in line with team KPI’s and identify solutions and share information in order to ensure continual improvement.Problem Solving :-Raise any loading errors as a priority for further investigation to minimise loss.Liaise with colleagues effectively to resolve any queries regarding unusual content and information on documents in order to ensure that the data uploaded is accurate.Identify any issues within current working practices that might impact service delivery.Administration:-Produce reports for Product and Planning Manager detailing daily workload with any appropriate narrative.Ensure that company email system is maintained and updated once documents have been received and uploaded.Effectively use the company IT systems and hardware in order to transfer hotel contracts, rates, stop sales and offers and other information are loaded on to the company system.
