Team Lead of small, but very strong team!Built a team that creates internal web apps helping Wrike employees to support customers and maintenance main product.My responsibilities:- long-term planing - discuss needs with stakeholders and create & manage OKR's in collaboration with head of back-office department- short-term planing - own scrum master role in a team and facilitated planing as well- people management - 1:1, help to team members to build grow path, work on interview process improvements, interview and hiring new members to team, adopt newbies- team processes: code review, tasks & documentations management, manage tasks priorities, grow ownership culture, grow delivery culture- architecture: collaborate with architecture team and worked on tech foundation improvement, helped to migrate internal tools from monolith to micro-service oriented architecture.- backend leading: code review, tasks tech decomposition, review and creates tech solutions, highlight bottlenecks- sometimes writes backend code (when I started as a Team Lead I wrote code regularly, but a few years after I wrote code very seldom. My calendar was always with many call as it happens with many team-leads)Scopes of team tasks:- tools to automating processes for support/sales/training departments (prioritise support tickets, widget in Zendesk to display information about customer and sync Wrike tasks and tickets, developed SSO login feature allowing to setup Wrike as identity provider for different 3rd parties)- developing tools that helps to support and maintenance Wrike product (admin operations, that are not allowed for customers. UI for long operation to migrate customer between data centres, UI to merge two customers accounts with all data into one)- creating integrations to sync data between Wrike ecosystem and other 3rd parties (populate Salesforce/Zendesk/Docebo with addition data)- improving our technical infrastructure (migration to micro-services architecture)

Started my journey with Wrike as a trainee and become a lead developer.Scope of my work:- created IntelliJ IDEA plugin to integrate Wrike tasks with git branches- work on unit-tests coverage improvements- created internal apps for customer support to investigate and fix customer problems- created permissions management for all internal tools- rebuilt a lot of outdated functionality and remove a lot of legacy- created internal integrations with 3rd parties, such as Zendesk/Salesforce- created internal API for 3rd parties (different webhooks, for example webhook to indicate that new ticket added to Zendesk and requires to enrichs with Wrike data)Stack:- java, spring, postgresql, mybatis, rabbitmq, vaadin, k8s, a lot of internal tools and internal frameworks
