Managed 30 employees and 500 volunteers. Concurrently directed Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival, reaching highest-ever net revenues and international reach. Ocean Sailing & World Circumnavigation: 8 years as crew, 6 as full-time First Mate, Relief-Captain & Sailing Instructor onboard Tethys: Offshore Sailing for Women, during a circumnavigation. Sailed over 62,000 miles to 34 countries. Now sailing own boat, PAX. Holds USCG Master 100-ton license.Education & marketing: For 20 years, managed creative teams and international marketing campaigns for five to six-figure budgets in non-profits, universities, and qualitative marketing research projects.
