• Provide feedback and assistance to staff for lesson planning and report writing• Help coordinate the structure and organization of classrooms, help resolve problems and maintain effective communication with team• Oversee data collection, entry and verification of educational and behavioral goals of students• Provide parent consultation when requested• Support and assist IEP/ETR team as requested• Assist parents and coordinators in seeking funds for necessary treatments• Observe classroom procedures and staff interactions for development plans and make adjusts as needed• Supervise and provide positive feedback to staff and when necessary, administer corrective actions

• Manage daily schedules and edit accordingly (staff call-offs or client cancellations)- Assist in scheduling of assessments/ Provide intake assessments• Import appointments to Central Reach billing system and update changes accordingly- Notify BCBAs of any billing issues that may arise within Central Reach• Lead weekly team meetings regarding client progress and any staff concerns• Monitor Theralytics programs- Suggest additional programming to BCBAs- Add additional programs if needed/archive programs as needed• Attend parent meetings with BCBA or individually- Answer parent questions- Review client programs and progress- Discuss any additional client needs• Support other ABA therapists and RBTs- Help with conflict resolutions- Support staff and give feedback when needed• Schedule meetings with staff members to discuss changes, scheduling, and clients

• Institute ABA Therapy on a daily basis with multiple consumers.• Organize and maintain instructional area.• Prepare and keep reinforcement and needed materials accessible.• Collect and analyze data accurately following procedures.• Maintain designated child’s program book.• Monitor designated child’s IEP/Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goals.• Complete quarter review forms for designated child when assigned by Supervisors.• Conduct re-enforcer assessments and deliver reinforcement following principles. • Implements specific behavior plans as directed.• Demonstrates accurate implementation of specific skill. • Identifies when interventions are needed for specific children and programs.
