As a driven Management & Real Estate student at Florida State University, I am passionate about blending my academic knowledge with real-world leadership and operational experience. Currently working as a Preschool Teaching Assistant, I manage classroom activities and support children’s development, enhancing my skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. This role has sharpened my skills in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.In addition to my work in education, I’ve developed strong customer service and hospitality skills during my time as a Hostess at Water Pig Barbecue. In this fast-paced role, I managed guest experiences and contributed to the smooth operation of the restaurant, enhancing my ability to work under pressure while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.I thrive in roles that require leadership and collaboration. At Kappa Kappa Gamma, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Recruitment Assistant and Big Little Coordinator, where I’ve supported the recruitment process and organized impactful social events.Through these roles, I’ve cultivated a strong ability to manage projects, facilitate teamwork, and create positive outcomes.
