-Design, produce and sell customized clothing & accessories as well as bulk items for businesses & events -Manage all business needs including day-to-day operations, budgets, forecasting, product inventory, and vendor relationships-Identify new business opportunities and develop mall business activity -Strategize, develop, and implement marketing strategies to build business awareness and drive interest for new customers-Measure website metrics including page views, conversion rates, bounce rates and use the data to develop new marketing tactics & initiatives -Collaborate with entrepreneurs in the South Jersey & Philadelphia area to build small business awareness, and identify new opportunities & partnerships

- Develop & monitor content for all social media accounts including Facebook & Instagram-Foster external business relationships as well as customer relationships in order to maintain a strong reputation within the community for the business-Designed interactive website using Wix platforms, and manage & maintain all content to ensure it is current & relevant -Drive customer acquisition with an emphasis on growing customer engagement and maintaining loyalty-Review & translate data using Google analytics, and provide weekly dashboard reports to owners & management-Lead marketing tactics and media awareness for all special events, advertisements, and sales promotions

-Communicate with customers & co-workers, and consistently offer a level of professional & engaging service-Perform all tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of business goals -Reconcile shift end reports utilizing POS system-Follow & adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
